Celebrating our 10th anniversary this year, the Bogalusa Blues & Heritage Festival is scheduled for September 23rd and 24th, 2022.

 

This 2 day event, known as a professional and well put together music festival calls the beautiful and spacious Cassidy park home.  Bogalusa Blues & Heritage Fest features tent & limited RV camping along the park’s winding Bogalusa Creek.

 

It’s been said that what jazz is to New Orleans, blues is to Bogalusa.  Blues artists have remarked on the laid back and friendly atmosphere, the energetic listeners and large audiences.

 

With 2 music stages, the Bogalusa Blues & Heritage Festival, in 10 year, has grown in both size and reputation.  Referred to as a “gumbo for your senses”, the multi-award winning festival shows off the regions musical heritage as well as arts, crafts,  food vendors, paved walkways and covered viewing areas.

 

Called one of the Gulf Coasts best festivals, this nationally recognized event boasts a superb lineup of exciting regional and national Blues artists.
